1. Realise I was living an unhealthy lifestyle
2. Care I was living an unhealthy lifestyle
3. Do something about it.
I guess it all started about 3 years ago when I quit smoking ‘cold turkey’. It was the hardest thing I’ve had to do and since then I have been challenging myself to try different ways to live a healthy lifestyle!
Although I still haven’t found a health regimen I am 100% comfortable with, through research and trial and error I feel much happier and comfortable in my life.
I'm happy to try anything once or twice...maybe I'll like it? If I don't, I simply try something else until I have curated a healthy
routine that works for me. This exploratory approach to healthy living has helped me persevere and now I love it!
Now that I’ve changed my mindset, this healthy lifestyle thing is getting easier and easier. I want to share this mindset with everyone and help fellow expats find a healthy lifestyle that suits them.
